Welcome to VIP Events Rental. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services, rentals, and website. By placing a booking with us—either online, by phone, or through our contact form—you agree to the terms outlined below.

Please read them carefully before reserving any rental equipment.

1. Rental Agreement

When you place a rental request through our website or contact form, you are entering into a non-binding agreement that will be confirmed by a VIP Events Rental representative. A formal reservation is considered valid only once confirmed and scheduled by our team.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order under certain conditions, including non-compliance with safety standards or location restrictions.

2. Booking & Deposits

  • No credit card is required to place a rental request on our site. However, once we confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental slot.
  • Remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of delivery, using one of our accepted payment methods.
  • All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise noted.

3. Delivery & Setup

  • We offer nationwide delivery across all 50 U.S. states.
  • Delivery times are coordinated with you during confirmation and are subject to weather and traffic conditions.
  • Our team provides full setup and takedown for all inflatables, tents, and equipment unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers must ensure clear access to the event location and provide required setup space, electrical outlets, or water access (for water slides).

4. Equipment Use & Safety

  • All equipment must be used as intended and supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Equipment may not be moved, altered, or sub-rented without written consent.
  • Damage caused by negligence, misuse, pets, vandalism, or unauthorized relocation of equipment is the responsibility of the renter and may result in repair or replacement charges.
  • VIP Events Rental is not liable for injuries caused by unsupervised or improper use of equipment.

5. Insurance & Liability

  • All rental equipment is fully insured for your peace of mind.
  • Customers are required to notify us of any permit, insurance, or event documentation required by local authorities. We can assist with COIs (Certificates of Insurance) upon request.
  • We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage arising from failure to follow safety instructions or guidelines provided upon delivery.

6. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event may be eligible for a refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
  • If your event is postponed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule or issue a credit toward a future rental, based on availability.

7. Weather Policy

  • For your safety, inflatables and electrical rentals should not be used during heavy rain, wind, or extreme weather.
  • We reserve the right to cancel delivery if weather conditions pose a safety risk. In this case, we will issue a credit or reschedule your event at no extra charge.

8. Force Majeure

VIP Events Rental shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to: natural disasters, labor strikes, pandemics, government shutdowns, or other events that prevent safe delivery and execution of services.

9. Use of Website

  • All content, logos, and materials on our website are the intellectual property of VIP Events Rental and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
  • Use of our booking system or forms indicates your acceptance of these terms.

10. Agreement Acknowledgment

By booking through our website, speaking with our representatives, or receiving a confirmation from us, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. You also agree to use all equipment responsibly and in accordance with any written or verbal instructions provided at the time of delivery.
